NEW HEAD CHEF STARTS AT RESTAURANT 54
June 2010

We are delighted to announce the start of our wonderful new Head Chef, Mark Ledgway – Mark joined us in early June and since then he has impressed all that have dined here with his mouth-watering, traditional, homemade dishes, which he is able to produce at a very speedy pace and with consistency.

Our spacious restaurant can accommodate up to 80 guests and boasts beautiful views over the course. In the summer months the double doors can be opened to allow a lovely breeze in. Or if you prefer al fresco dining may also be enjoyed on the beautiful new private dining terrace.

 

Should you wish to dine in the lounge area we have around 30 comfortable seats, which are positioned around the open log fire, which is invitingly perfect for the colder months.

 

We are pleased to also offer a selection of delicious homemade cakes and pastries along with freshly ground coffee and a selection of teas.

 

We pride ourselves on the fact that all dishes from our kitchen are homemade and all food, where possible, is sourced from local suppliers.

Whether you are celebrating with family, friends or colleagues we can guarantee you a great time, with wonderful food, a service that is genuinely warm and friendly and all in a beautiful setting.

 

Our Three Course Christmas Lunch menu is just £19.95 a head OR £16.95 for two courses, both options include coffee and delicious mince pies. If you are planning a more formal celebration that you may wish to opt for the more luxurious option to include hors d’ourves and a sorbet between courses which would be priced at £25 a head for three courses.
